Home-Start Infant Feeding Peer Support

The Home-Start Infant Feeding Peer Support team runs a free service that provides expectant and new parents with evidence based information and support around breastfeeding/chestfeeding, combination feeding and safely stopping breastfeeding.

Whether you're pregnant and want to gather information before your baby's birth, or a new parent needing support, our staff and volunteers are ready to welcome you at our free groups, helping you to make the informed decisions about feeding your baby that are right for you. No need to book.

Our baby feeding drop-ins run at the Family Hubs alongside the free Baby Social sessions.

Our Baby Feeding Meet-Ups run at other community venues and include free refreshments and a chance to meet other parents.

Suitability

Both groups are suitable from bump to 1 year.

Other support

We also can provide support via telephone, video call and home visits depending on your situation.
